German Speaking Associate – Vice President Financial Restructuring

Role Overview

• Lead day-to-day workstreams on live mandates and marketing projects
• Develop, review and challenge complex financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare and present client materials (information memoranda, presentations, pitch books)
• Coordinate due diligence and support negotiations with lenders, sponsors and other stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors and advisors
• Mentor and develop junior team members

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in investment banking or a comparable advisory role
• Excellent analytical and technical skills
• Strong interest in financial restructuring and capital structure topics
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with high integrity
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong academic track record in finance, economics, business, or a related field
