Regulatory monitoring and compliance for projects awarded through tenders
Negotiation and drafting of contractual documents related to electricity production activity (Power Purchase Agreements
PPAs)
Support for operational teams in charge of project grid connections
Legal support to various departments and to executive management on energy law matters
Negotiation, drafting and oversight of the legal aspects of construction contracts (EPC, lots, subcontracting)
Negotiation, drafting and oversight of equipment supply contracts (modules, inverters, point-of-delivery and transformer substations)
Negotiation, drafting and oversight of the legal aspects of maintenance contracts (O&M, monitoring)
Assistance and advice to project teams in handling disputes and sensitive issues related to construction and O&M (drafting letters, formal notices, etc.)
Participation in issuing and reviewing legal and contractual bank guarantees
Drafting and distribution of topical briefs on energy law as required by current developments.
Requirements
Master’s degree in energy law
At least two years’ experience in a similar role
Committed, rigorous and curious
Professional working proficiency in English required

Fixed salary to be determined based on your profile + performance bonus (equivalent to 1 month’s salary)
