About this role
Role Overview
- Deploy, manage, and support existing/new Codafication products, client and infrastructure
- Provide input and expertise in the design and ongoing management of our IT infrastructure across cloud environments and Codafication products
- Analyse, monitor, and report on key infrastructure and application metrics and logs
- Build internal tools and scripts for automation to support deployments and engineering teams
- Advise on network architecture, technology selection, security and the best way to implement solutions
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable, and automated build, test, and deployment in collaboration with engineering teams
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues escalated from the Customer Success team
- Contributing to projects within an agile team environment
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with:
- Kubernetes and related technologies (Docker, Helm, etc)
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Creating & managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, etc)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc)
- Linux administration
- Some scripting/programming (Bash, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc)
- Monitoring & related tools (Elastic, Splunk, New Relic, etc)
- Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc)
- Supporting and maintaining Node.js applications or equivalent (advantageous)
- Adaptability and working collaboratively as part of a high performing team
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Availability for after hours support and maintenance tasks/upgrades.
