Role Overview
- Serve as the primary technical authority on the team
- Design, implement, and optimize core system architecture
- Partner with the CTO, CPO, Infrastructure Architect, and other senior leaders
- Lead the design and development of large-scale projects
- Mentor engineers at all levels
- Drive technical innovation within the team
Requirements
- 8–10 years in software engineering
- 3–5 years in technical leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Go, or Node.js
- Deep knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- Proficiency with ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker
- Advanced understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of RESTful, gRPC, or GraphQL APIs
- Proficiency with secure coding practices and compliance considerations
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex, multi-system issues
- Excellent communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional teams
