You’ll own organic social content end-to-end, from idea to post, as part of a wider creative team.
Film short-form, phone-first videos (often in-feed and lo-fi), including being on camera when needed.
Edit fast, catchy content using in-app tools and editing software (e.g. CapCut/Canva/Adobe), nailing hooks, pacing, captions and sound, often creating multiple versions of the same idea to make the strongest post possible.
Incorporate feedback quickly and confidently.
Keep every post entertaining and shareable.

A clear passion for social media; you actively keep up with creators, trends, platform changes, and what “good” looks like right now, you understand what it means to create content that engages and delights in a second.
Comfortable being on camera when needed and likely creating your own content today.
Comfortable creating content with tools such as CapCut and Canva, as well as editing in app (TikTok, Instagram).
Organised, proactive and reliable, you follow through and can juggle multiple moving parts.
