About this role
Role Overview
- Work closely with internal teams to understand business questions related to recruitment, people planning, and operations.
- Build and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines integrating data from multiple internal systems.
- Design and implement data models and warehouse structures.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting layers for internal use.
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support operational decision-making.
- Translate business needs into metrics, KPIs, and data structures.
- Clearly communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure data solutions follow security, access control, and compliance best practices.
- Challenge assumptions and propose data-driven improvements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ETL / ELT pipelines and data integration.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling.
- Experience working with data warehouses.
- Experience using AWS.
- Experience with BI tools, dashboards, and reporting layers.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to connect data to business context.
- High level of business acumen.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and challenging assumptions constructively.
- Understanding of data security, access control, and compliance
