Lead end-to-end brand management to ensure consistency across website marketing, social media, emails, briefs, brochures, and other brand materials.
Define, maintain, and evolve style guides and brand guidelines.
Ensure all visual assets reflect the company’s identity, tone, and standards.
Cover UI/UX needs for external clients (custom software services) and internal company projects.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that solve real user problems and align with business goals.
Formalize and follow up on design and product development workflows—from concept to implementation.
Design and optimize user interfaces with a strong UX focus, ensuring usability, accessibility, engagement, and clarity.
Collaborate closely with development teams to iterate, refine, and improve product outcomes (from design to shipped UI).
Support marketing with design assets such as campaign visuals, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Strong command of UX/UI fundamentals (flows, IA, usability, accessibility).
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
Experience building and maintaining design systems and style guides.
Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent).
Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and translate designs into buildable components.
Brand and visual design expertise across multiple channels (web, social, email, collateral).
Leadership and mentoring mindset (supporting/leading other designers).
Strong stakeholder management (business, product, engineering, marketing).
Clear communication and documentation.
