Role Overview
- Protect the company's assets
- Collaborate with the Head of Technology, IT Operations & Security
- Manage and lead teams dedicated to security operations and risk management
- Attract, recruit, and retain cybersecurity talent
- Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Develop and monitor the cybersecurity department's budget
- Implement and oversee the cybersecurity strategy
- Serve as the technical authority on cybersecurity architectures
- Analyze cybersecurity risks
- Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards
- Lead cybersecurity incident response
- Oversee the preparation of reports and remediation plans
- Maintain continuous monitoring of threats and cybersecurity technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in technical teams
- Experience in direct or functional team management
- Strong command of information systems
- Secure CI/CD concepts
- Zero Trust models
- IAM (Identity and Access Management)
- Cybersecurity expertise: operating systems, networks, web applications, and cloud
- Excellent knowledge of frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS)
- Security standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with impact
