About this role
Role Overview
- Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company
- Maintain the Quality Manual and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business
- Analyze current and future procedural needs of the business
- Organize and manage internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system
- Host external Quality System audits
- Provide awareness and training on Quality issues and business processes
- Coordinate the review of Quality procedures associated with continuous improvement initiatives
- Plan Standard Operating practices required under the overriding Quality procedures
- Support other functional areas to maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content
Requirements
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent understanding of methodologies for continuous improvement
- An MSc degree or equivalent from engineering or related discipline
- 5+ years of proven experience in quality processes for high-tech companies
- Fluent English skills – both written and spoken
