Senior Consultant – Change Management

Role Overview

• Shape, nurture, and grow Change Management capability across the UK practice
• Develop best-in-class change approaches with clients and internal teams
• Strengthen methodology and support development of offerings
• Lead impactful client engagements
• Design pragmatic, people-centered change solutions
• Collaborate on diverse projects across various sectors

Requirements

• Proven consulting experience in a professional services environment or in-house
• Strong ground in change methodologies e.g. Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR or equivalent
• Strong background in large-scale business and technology transformations across multiple industries
• Expertise in core Change Management disciplines such as stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, organisation design, and benefits realisation
• Experience managing and developing teams, including coaching junior consultants
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
