Requirements
Proven consulting experience in a professional services environment or in-house
Strong ground in change methodologies e.g. Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR or equivalent
Strong background in large-scale business and technology transformations across multiple industries
Expertise in core Change Management disciplines such as stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, training, organisation design, and benefits realisation
Experience managing and developing teams, including coaching junior consultants
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
