Requirements
- LLB Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience.
- Basic contract review, commercial agreements, and administrative workflows
- Hands-on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and transactional contracts
- Exposure to private equity, asset management, hedge funds, or corporate legal environments.
