Participate in field prospecting to acquire new clients
Meet with prospects to present the company's offers, services, or products
Identify customer needs and propose solutions tailored to their expectations
Help grow the customer portfolio and follow up on sales opportunities
Assist with appointment setting, follow-ups, and management of commercial interactions
Provide regular reporting of field activity in tracking tools
Report relevant market information, customer needs, and competitor insights
Contribute to customer retention through close relationships and high-quality follow-up
Support implementation of local sales activities according to set objectives
Be proactive in proposing improvements to prospecting activities, field performance, and sales effectiveness

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary qualification (2
to 5-year level) in commerce, sales, business development, negotiation, or management
Strong commercial instinct and a genuine enjoyment of customer contact
Comfortable working in the field, traveling, and conducting active prospecting
Confident verbal communicator with the ability to persuade clearly
Energetic, persistent, autonomous, and results-oriented
Able to quickly build trust with customers
Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with sales targets
Previous experience in sales, prospecting, customer relations, or business development is a plus but not required if motivated
