About this role

Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Create clear proposals and documentation to support ideas and solutions across different ideation stages.
Design, plan, and analyze testing strategies to validate solutions and improve the user experience.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between design, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Contribute to Magoya’s understanding of design trends and market needs in the agricultural industry.

Student or graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps (web and native) and responsive web design.
Experience conducting usability tests and analyzing results.
Advanced English and Spanish proficiency (required).
Familiarity with agile methodologies and Design Thinking.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
