The Solutions Architect at Aduro is the strategic technical partner to our sales and business development team.
Your mission is to translate complex prospect requirements into scalable, dependable fund administration solutions.
You are not an "order taker" who agrees to every bespoke client request; you are a consultant who champions best practices, collaborates with Product to design robust data flows, and ensures that what we sell can be executed flawlessly.
You bridge the gap between a signed mandate and a successful, high-integrity go-live.

Accounting Fluency: You must "speak" fund accounting and develop a deep understanding of Aduro service processes.
An active CPA or background in Fund Accounting is highly preferred.
7+ years of fund accounting experience preferred
Audit or Tax firm experience a plus
Systems Thinking: Deep experience with Fund Admin tech stacks and how data moves between them.
Requirement Crispness: The ability to take a vague client request ("We need better reporting") and turn it into a precise technical or operational requirement.
Outcome Bias: A relentless focus on whether a solution will actually work in production, rather than just looking good in a slide deck.
