Handle corporate secretarial duties: shareholders' meetings, board meetings, resolutions, filings and formalities, etc., in partnership with the finance department
Participate in fundraising processes as the coordinator and key legal point of contact
Advise on and manage corporate transactions: incorporations, acquisitions, disposals and restructurings
Support legal due diligence audits related to projects
Take part in legal negotiations with third parties during the group's and its subsidiaries' equity investments in project companies
Advise the company on the most appropriate legal structuring for proposed arrangements
Lead the drafting of legal documents for these transactions
Organize the Legal Secretariat and oversee the corporate governance and statutory records of subsidiaries
Support the Group's international development activities
Draft, negotiate and review construction, EPC and operations contracts
Advise the Group's project companies on environmental law matters
Assist in managing pre-litigation and litigation matters and alternative dispute resolution processes
Requirements
Master's degree (Master 2 or equivalent) in Business Law, Environmental Law or Energy Law
Strong knowledge of obligations and contract law
Minimum 4–5 years' experience in a legal role, preferably in renewable energy or construction
Excellent drafting skills
Proficient with office software and legal research tools
