Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of large North American accounts in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, and technology sectors.
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s needs and objectives, guiding a large number of authorized users to leverage Sinequa solutions to achieve those objectives (in collaboration with our integration partners when necessary).
Design and implement customer engagement strategies: adoption plans, value assessments, and performance reviews.
Oversee the implementation of the Sinequa platform and manage the delivery of professional services.
Create and maintain a dashboard to identify growth opportunities and potential churn risks.
Advise clients on best practices for using Sinequa software.
Collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Support, and R&D teams.
Keep clients informed of the product roadmap and communicate their feedback to the Product team.
Stay up to date on the latest developments in our offerings, the competitive landscape, and trends in AI and generative AI.
Requirements
Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
Good understanding of technology architecture, the AI landscape, and search/LLM technologies.
Proven ability to establish credibility with key decision-makers and influencers.
Deep knowledge of the lifecycle of an enterprise search project and the ability to help organizations advance their AI capabilities.
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels: executives, administrators, analysts, and IT teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Proven experience in implementations and project management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of search technologies and Big Data.
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, ideally in enterprise software or enterprise search.
Mobility: available to travel up to 25% of the time.
Bilingual (French and English, written and spoken).
