About this role
Role Overview
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across back-end and front-end.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from design to delivery.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical and functional requirements.
- Ensure code quality and the application of development best practices.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of software development experience.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Golang (minimum 4–5 years).
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Good knowledge of relational and analytical databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).
- Experience developing high-load applications (handling billions of records).
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Golang testing, end-to-end testing).
- Experience with microservices architectures and cloud environments (Kubernetes).
- Experience managing the release cycle.
- Interest in recruitment and internal team structuring.
