Manage 3 Sales Managers, each responsible for a team of account managers, to embed a culture of collective performance and operational excellence: processes, forecasting, coaching, methodology, and execution discipline.
Strengthen and continue developing an already structured partner ecosystem to maximize its impact and commercial opportunities.
Implement a comprehensive Sales Playbook to accelerate the sales cycle and reinforce team alignment.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to maximize overall commercial impact.
Requirements
Proven experience scaling the commercial organization of an international B2B SaaS company.
Prior leadership of multidisciplinary teams (Sales, Partners, Managers) with a strong structuring mindset.
Proven expertise in complex sales and demanding Enterprise environments.
Solid understanding of Cloud, Data, Engagement, or MarTech ecosystems.
