Formalize briefs for marketing campaigns and commercial actions, ensuring compliance with the action plan, deadlines and budget
Participate in the promotion and activation of complementary services offered to members (teleconsultation, assistance, etc.), contributing to the development and rollout of a dedicated communication plan
Contribute to the creation and updating of sales support materials and tools for the commercial network
Write content for marketing campaigns, mailings and e-mailings
Take part in the execution and monitoring of actions in the commercial action plan (referral programs, events and trade shows, promotional activities, street marketing…)
Manage external suppliers (printers, promotional items, service providers...)
Assist in collecting and analyzing performance indicators for marketing actions (ROI, dashboards, activity tracking)
Produce layouts for contractual documents used in subscription funnels
Requirements
Degree in marketing (Bachelor’s level minimum)
Proven initial experience in operational marketing
Knowledge of operational marketing and cross-channel techniques
Strong command of online and offline marketing channels
Ability to lead and coordinate marketing and promotional activities
Strong writing skills
Organizational skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Responsiveness, adaptability and a proactive mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat
Knowledge of the mutual insurance sector or of insurance would be a plus
