Several years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS environment or as a management consultant
High-quality consulting skills as a central focus
Authentic manner, persuasive with key users and (senior) management
Interest in customers and in building long-term, trust-based partnerships
Understanding of challenges and growth opportunities
Enjoy taking on responsibility
Positive mindset and ability to work in a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills (German and English)
High affinity for software/IT and deep experience in SaaS or industrial digitalization environments
