About this role
Role Overview
Acquire new industrial customers and develop them into a dedicated portfolio
Own the entire sales cycle: from initial contact through demo and closing to ongoing customer development
Conduct qualification and discovery calls to understand customer needs and identify value
Build and systematically grow a sales pipeline
Position Operations1 as the solution for digitizing and standardizing processes
Represent the company at customer sites, industry events, and Future Manufacturing events
Work closely with Marketing and Pre-Sales, providing feedback to improve the go-to-market approach
Requirements
3–5 years in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
Proven passion and success in new customer acquisition and closing deals
Strong interest in industrial processes and enjoyment of consultative selling
Structured, data-driven working style
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
Excellent German and English skills
Hands-on mentality, team player, and eagerness to take on responsibility
