As a Head of Presales Engineering, you will play a critical role in helping prospects and customers understand the value of Sinequa, ChapsAgents, and ArgonOS
You'll be the leader of a collaborative, high-energy team that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous learning
You will partner closely with Sales Managers to guide organizations through their evaluation journey
from initial discovery to technical validation
You will build the processes to provide a world class product demonstration, proof-of-concept cycles, and provide expert guidance on how to tailor the product
including RAG, agents, and workflows
to meet specific business needs
You are both a technical expert and a trusted advisor – a hands-on builder of technology and people
You seamlessly bridge the gap between business and technology, translating customer requirements into impactful solutions and ensuring a smooth path to adoption.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in a technical field (CS/IS/IT, Engineering)
8+ years of experience in an engineering / technical role
Experience in a client facing role (internal or external customers) or strong desire to work closely with customers
Experience hiring, building and leading a presales engineering function
Strong collaboration skills, with an understanding of the importance of timely and effective problem-solving
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Technical curiosity and a hands-on mindset – Excitement for new technologies and understanding how things work under the hood
Ability to understand and troubleshoot code written in Angular and at least one backend language (e.g., C#, Java, or C++)
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL Databases
Comfortable navigating and understanding systems within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows and Azure Cloud Services.
