Guide the design and evolution of the Audit Copilot platform, ensuring scalability, security, and traceability across the ecosystem.
Operate beyond your own team by identifying dependencies, mitigating technical risks, and ensuring integrations with Data teams are smooth and high-performing.
Define and uphold reliability standards (SLOs) and observability, turning incident learnings into systemic improvements to reduce toil.
Raise Arvo’s technical bar by mentoring engineers, driving critical design reviews, and promoting best practices (TDD, CI/CD, Clean Architecture).
Collaborate with Product to refine the technical scope of ambiguous initiatives, balancing trade-offs between delivery speed and technical debt.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
Familiarity with architectural patterns and coding best practices such as SOLID, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, Layered Architecture, etc.
Experience with a cloud provider (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.).
Experience with relational databases (Postgres) and non-relational databases (Redis).
Use of AI tools and agents (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, LLMs for automation) to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
Experience with data processing pipelines.
Experience developing in Go and Python.
Experience with Terraform and IaC, and Kubernetes (basic resources, kubectl).
