About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of 50–75 SMB civil construction clients, building strong relationships and ensuring ongoing value delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, driving adoption, renewals, and long-term retention
Become a product expert, showcasing features, answering client questions, and assisting with setup as needed
Collaborate with Support, Product, and Onboarding teams to deliver a seamless client experience and resolve issues efficiently
Monitor client health and engagement, proactively addressing risks, identifying opportunities, and guiding clients toward meaningful outcomes
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing SaaS role
Strong relationship-building skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to understand and use complex software, comfortable troubleshooting and guiding clients
Experience working with SMB clients, ideally in technology or SaaS environments
Good Understanding of the Civil Construction industry
Ample familiarity with customer success tools or CRM platforms
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred
