About this role
Role Overview
Manage and qualify inbound leads to build a strong pipeline
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and challenges
Deliver engaging product demos that clearly show Varicon’s value
Build business cases and ROI models to help customers buy with confidence
Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly targets
Maintain accurate pipeline data and strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve the customer journey
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market needs
Requirements
2–4+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS or technology sales (construction tech a bonus)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Consultative selling approach with the ability to build trust and urgency
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent organisational and CRM management skills
Driven, curious, and self-motivated with a growth mindset
