Own key workflows and processes in the product, ensuring they truly meet field and office needs.
Translate construction site challenges into actionable product insights for our engineering and design teams.
Test and validate features in real-world conditions to improve usability and adoption.
Advocate for efficiency, accuracy, and simplicity, helping make Varicon fat-finger friendly and intuitive.
Identify opportunities for innovation that save contractors time and reduce errors.
Collaborate with the team on documenting processes, creating training materials, and improving onboarding for new users.

2–3+ years of hands-on civil construction site experience.
Passion for technology and curiosity about how software can transform field operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate practical site challenges to a tech team.
A systems-thinking mindset: seeing opportunities to improve processes, standardize workflows, and scale solutions.
Comfort in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment.
Ability to influence without authority, ensuring product decisions reflect real-world needs.
Experience using or implementing construction software is a plus—but your field expertise matters most.
