As an AI Architect, you take a leading role in shaping how AI is designed, built, and scaled in our customer environments.
This role goes beyond choosing models or tools – it’s about defining end-to-end AI architectures that connect data, models, platforms, and business processes into coherent, production-ready solutions.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, AI engineers, and platform teams to translate goals into sustainable AI architectures.
You define the architectural vision, patterns, and guardrails that ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, observable, and maintainable over time.
At the same time, you stay close to the hands-on reality: guiding teams, reviewing designs, and helping solve complex challenges related to LLM applications, MLOps, data flows, and cloud platforms.
In this role, you balance strategic thinking with practical execution – ensuring that AI is not just innovative, but truly usable and valuable in everyday operations.

Strong background in AI/ML engineering, data science, or AI architecture, with experience building AI solutions that run in production.
Proven experience in designing end-to-end AI architectures, including data pipelines, model lifecycle, MLOps, and application integration.
Deep understanding of LLM-based systems, such as RAG architectures, agentic workflows, evaluation and monitoring, fine-tuning, and tool use.
Experience with cloud-native AI platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and services such as Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Databricks, or Snowflake.
Hands-on experience with Python, modern AI frameworks, CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code.
Solid understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices in enterprise environments.
Ability to define architectural patterns, best practices, and standards – and communicate them clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong consulting and communication skills: you can guide decisions, build trust, and help clients understand what AI can (and cannot) do.
Fluent in Finnish and English.
