About this role

Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, from prototyping to production deployment
Build and optimize LLM-powered applications and agentic systems integrated into real business processes and systems
Collaborate with data scientists to turn models into robust, scalable products
Apply MLOps practices to ensure reproducibility, monitoring, and continuous improvement
Work with modern cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and open-source AI frameworks

2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science
Solid understanding of key ML concepts such as classification, regression, NLP, and generative AI
Experience in building production-grade LLM and agentic applications, incl. evaluation, monitoring, and scaling
Knowledge of core LLM concepts e.g. tokenization, RAG, CoT, reasoning models, memory, fine-tuning, tool use, and self-correction
Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD, containers, and cloud environments
Ability to design and maintain data pipelines, ensuring model reliability and performance in production
Excellent communication and consulting skills — able to guide stakeholders, create understanding, and inspire confidence around AI capabilities
Fluent in Finnish and English.
