Role Overview
- Purchases & Accounts Payable
- Verify and record purchase invoices
- Create and manage supplier accounts
- Monitor supplier payments
- Manage supplier payment runs
- Expenses management
- Verify and record corporate card transactions and expense reports
- Manage expense payment runs
- Sales & Accounts Receivable
- Create sales invoices
- Create and manage customer accounts
- Monitor customer collections and receipts
- Fixed assets management
- Maintain the fixed asset module in the ERP
- Post depreciation charges
- Management accounting / Analytics
- Create and manage analytical codes
- Participate in the preparation of monthly closes
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting (equivalent to Bac+2)
- Strong knowledge of general and managerial accounting
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounting firm or in-house
- Proficiency with accounting tools (e.g., ERP, invoice recognition/OCR, expense management solution)
- MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills in English are desirable
