Define, own, and continuously evolve programme-level artefacts, governance, and reporting to support decision-making and assurance.
Provide clear, insight-led executive reporting to senior client and Valtech leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
Own programme assurance, including regular health assessments and proactive intervention.
Shape and mobilise new initiatives and opportunities within the engagement.
Identify and drive improvements to delivery models, team structures, and ways of working.
Act as an escalation point for complex delivery, commercial, or stakeholder challenges.
Ensure delivery outcomes align with strategic client goals and long-term account objectives.

Proven experience leading complex programmes with multiple concurrent workstreams, teams, and senior stakeholders.
Proven experience owning large-scale programmes or portfolios, including scope, budget, risk, and value realisation.
Proven experience in the management of project budgets
Demonstrates commercial acumen, including ownership of programme financials, forecasting, and optimisation of margin and efficiency.
Supports opportunity shaping in collaboration with Client Partners, shaping ambiguous briefs into structured programmes and delivery approaches.
Strong experience in delivery assurance: assessing programme health, identifying risks, gaps, and inefficiencies, and driving corrective action.
Proven ability to design and evolve programme governance, operating models, and team structures.
Experience using data and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Comfortable influencing across disciplines, markets, and seniority levels.
Upper-Intermediate English level.
