Collaborate with clients to assess and improve manufacturing and supply chain processes using ERP solutions.
Support ERP implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives across manufacturing environments.
Translate operational requirements into ERP system configurations and business process improvements.
Provide expertise in demand planning, production planning, MRP, inventory control, procurement, and warehousing.
Analyze business workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and improved data visibility.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to align ERP capabilities with operational objectives.
Perform requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and user adoption activities.
Deliver clear documentation, training, and guidance to ensure successful system utilization.
Participate in client meetings and consulting engagements, both virtual and onsite.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
Hands-on experience working with ERP systems in manufacturing settings.
Experience in one or more of the following functional areas: Inventory Control, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Procurement, Warehousing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a consulting/professional services environment.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
