Design, develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, DB2, IMS DB/DC, JCL, and CICS
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot DB2 queries, stored procedures, and batch jobs
Support application performance tuning, debugging, and defect resolution
Manage batch processing workflows with JCL and CA Scheduler
Provide production support and ensure system reliability
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and operations to ensure smooth delivery
Document technical processes and contribute to system modernization initiatives

More than six years of experience in enterprise application development and management
Strong expertise in COBOL and DB2
Proven experience maintaining, enhancing, and modernizing mainframe applications
Additional expertise in IMS DB/DC, JCL, and CICS
Proficiency in designing, coding, testing, and supporting mainframe applications
Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture and SDLC
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application and performance issues
