Role Overview

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse client population
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Contribute to the development of thoughtful, personalized treatment experiences
• Participate in building and sustaining Tides’ culture
• Assist in developing and refining best practices

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois
• Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
