Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership of the Real World Evidence group within PASD/CRG.
Partner with the Finance and Operations leaders to understand key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
Assist in building and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools.
Support the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
Attention to detail and consistently delivering high quality, accurate work.
Excellent skills with MS Excel are required; Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, HFM/CMR, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) are preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team building skills and the shown ability to work with a diverse group of people even if geographically dispersed.
Self-motivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done.
