Partner with the COO organization to provide financial insights that guide operational strategy and operational efficiency.
Drive operational profitability and efficiency, supporting long‑term planning, scenario modeling, and capacity planning.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior operational leaders, improving productivity, cost‑to‑serve, and value creation.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for COO‑related functions, ensuring alignment with operational priorities.
Align financial targets with operational goals, including workforce, capacity, and resource planning.
Own the P&L for assigned operational areas and deliver clear analysis of cost drivers, productivity, and performance.
Build financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses to support operational investments, automation, and transformation initiatives.
Maintain structured reporting (P&Ls, cost and margin reporting, operational KPIs) and develop dashboards that enhance visibility into operational performance.
Identify risks, opportunities, efficiency levers, and cost‑saving actions, providing proactive recommendations to operational leaders.
Ensure strong financial controls while supporting operational agility and continuous improvement.
Prepare accurate KPI and data inputs for Board reporting and lead bottom‑up P&L reviews with operational teams.
Identify and drive process improvements across finance and operations, focusing on productivity, standardization, and scalability.
Support development of new operational capabilities, services, and delivery models, defining related finance processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and transfer pricing requirements.
Assess financial risks related to service delivery, operational performance, and capacity constraints.
Requirements
Relevant degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
6+ years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or a similar role, experience of international matrix organization
Strong financial and analytical skills with solid understanding and experience of finance processes in multi-national environment
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in an international environment
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
Commercially minded, with strong business acumen and strategic mindset
Ability to identify inefficiencies, drive change and continuous improvement
Independent, proactive, and adaptable; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Fluent communication skills in English, Finnish and/or Swedish language skills are seen as a benefit
Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense) is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally.
