Lead the transition of Fintua systems from provisioned workflows to scalable serverless designs using AWS managed services.
Architect the target state environment including Lambda, DynamoDB, AWS Glue, EventBridge, Step Functions, SQS, SNS, Fargate, and Aurora Limitless.
Create cloud wide architectural patterns for automation, resilience, and event driven data flows.
Design an environment where deployments, updates, schema changes, and configuration rollouts are fully automated using CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Establish a unified IaC strategy (Terraform or AWS CDK) covering networking, compute, storage, databases, security, observability, and event routing.
Develop migration patterns for moving legacy SQL based processes into DynamoDB, Aurora Limitless, and serverless event driven workflows.
Break monolithic workflows into microservices with strong observability, idempotency, retries, and dead letter handling.
Conduct architectural reviews and challenge existing practices to ensure alignment with modern serverless best practices.
Work closely with Security and Compliance to meet audit, regulatory, and customer requirements for logging, encryption, IAM governance, and data privacy.
Mentor engineers and collaborate closely with the future Cloud Engineer who will work under your architectural direction.

Deep experience designing large scale AWS solutions with a strong focus on serverless patterns.
Hands on expertise with DynamoDB, Lambda, EventBridge, AWS Glue, Step Functions, and Aurora or Aurora Limitless.
Strong background in infrastructure as code (Terraform or AWS CDK).
Proven ability to design fully automated deployment pipelines for application and infrastructure updates.
Experience with high throughput, globally scalable, multi-tenant architectures.
Understanding of SQL and NoSQL data modelling and migration pathways.
Skilled in VPC design, IAM, KMS, CloudWatch, and general AWS security controls.
Desirable Experience working with fintech, compliance platforms, or data heavy workflow systems.
Knowledge of event sourcing or CQRS patterns.
Familiarity with Azure or GCP serverless tooling.
