The Junior Video Editor supports the production of high-volume video content used across multiple educational brands and internal teams.
This role focuses on creating videos and training materials at scale, primarily using Canva and templated workflows.
The editor works closely with marketing, training, and operations teams to produce engaging and clear video content for educational videos, internal staff training, system training videos, and marketing content.
Produce clear instructional videos and interactive learning materials for agents and internal teams.
Create short-form video content by transforming scripts and briefs into engaging social-media-optimised videos.
Deliver batches of videos efficiently by following templates and maintaining quality and consistency.
Maintain and update Canva templates by adjusting layouts, subtitles, graphics, and assets.
Export videos in correct formats and ratios for various platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in film production, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred: Certification in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or relevant software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong experience with Canva video editor (required)
2+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics, with a portfolio showcasing a range of short and long-form content.
Experience creating social media video content and advertisements.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Previous work in a creative agency or fast-paced marketing environment is highly advantageous.
Track record of delivering projects that have positively impacted lead generation and brand awareness.
Native or near-native English language skills, with exemplary written and verbal communication abilities.
