Support the implementation and maintenance of Baringa’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Coordinate periodic risk assessments, including collection, challenge, and analysis of risk and control data.
Produce high-quality risk reporting, dashboards, and insights for governance bodies and senior leadership.
Facilitate workshops with risk owners to review risk definitions, scoring, controls, and mitigation plans.
Support the monitoring of emerging risks and provide analysis to inform decision-making.
Lead or support quality assurance reviews across business processes, deliverables, and internal frameworks.
Develop QA methodologies, checklists, and tools to ensure consistency, compliance, and high delivery standards.
Provide independent assurance on process effectiveness, documentation quality, and adherence to policies.
Prepare concise, high-quality written materials for committees, client engagements, and internal governance.
Contribute to the enhancement of policies, frameworks, and methodologies relating to risk and quality.
Support internal and external audit activities, responding to information requests and tracking remediation.
Requirements
Professional experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Quality Assurance, or Audit.
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong presentational skills.
Advanced data analysis capabilities.
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
High attention to detail and strong analytical approach.
