Lead the creation of compelling visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, website graphics, social media, branding materials, and advertisements.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all materials.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to create user-friendly and engaging designs.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, offering feedback and guidance to enhance their skills.
Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality design output and meeting project deadlines.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet business objectives.
Work with external vendors, printers, and agencies when necessary to produce marketing materials.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and composition.
Experience with motion graphics, video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro), or 3D design is a plus.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design tools like Figma or Sketch is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and handle tight deadlines.
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
Familiarity with web design principles, HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Previous experience mentoring or leading a design team.
