10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or technology strategy roles.
Proven track record leading cross-functional programs that span multiple business units and technical domains.
Deep understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and modern engineering best practices.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous environments and drive clarity and results.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
