10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technology leadership.
5+ years in senior leadership, program management, or director-level roles driving complex technical outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and scale engineering practices.
Strong communicator with proven experience influencing stakeholders and executive leadership.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or large-scale product delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (advanced degree preferred).
