Support day-to-day execution across Ritchie Bros.’ global social channels
Responsible for content publishing, platform management, community engagement, and performance tracking
Execute across platforms using Hootsuite for accuracy, efficiency, and consistency
Ensure social presence is timely, consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand standards
Track and report on performance including reach, engagement, growth, and conversions
Support weekly and monthly reporting with clear insights and recommendations

3-5 years of experience managing social media across multiple accounts, brands, or business units
Strong working knowledge of platform best practices across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Proven experience using social publishing and analytics tools, including Hootsuite (required)
Experience working with employee advocacy platforms, including EveryoneSocial (preferred)
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone by platform and audience
Hands-on experience supporting campaigns, launches, and always-on content programs
Experience supporting live and real-time coverage across events or activations
Working knowledge of basic video editing and formatting for social platforms
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience or interest in industrial, construction, transportation, or equipment markets
