About this role
Role Overview
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem (Data Factory, Synapse, OneLake)
- Ensure the scalability and performance of Lakehouse architectures, applying engineering and programming best practices
- Act as the technical focal point for the client, demonstrating sensitivity to business needs and proactively suggesting improvements
- Support the team in the technology transition and stay up to date with the continuous updates to Fabric
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Data Engineering projects
- Strong proficiency in Python (PySpark) and SQL
- Experience with C# or other backend languages is a valued plus
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, or Azure Databricks
- Excellent communication skills, proactivity in solving complex problems, and a critical approach to data quality
