Role Overview
- fully lead operational audit engagements end-to-end
- manage J-SOX compliance over the Daikin Europe Group
- support the development of less experienced staff
- present high-quality results to senior management
- develop internal audit work programs integrating data analytics
- maximize usage of IT systems and contribute to adopting new tools
- participate in strategic projects for the IA department
Requirements
- Master's degree (or equivalent through experience)
- at least 8 years of professional experience
- internal audit certification (CIA, CPA, CISA, or equivalent)
- strong analytical mindset
- understanding of SAP and hands-on experience with data analytics tools
- exposure to advanced analytics, scripting (Python/SQL), and AI-driven insights
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- additional European languages are a plus
