Lead and execute INGOT’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms to drive reach, engagement, and brand relevance
Create and publish high-quality, trend-driven content that builds community and supports key business objectives
Concept, create, and post trend-driven, high-engagement content regularly
Partner with influencers, creators, and spokespeople to deliver authentic, high-performing collaborations
Identify cultural and platform trends early and turn them into brand moments, campaigns, and activations
Oversee the social media calendar, production workflows, and campaign execution from concept to reporting and performance tracking
Collaborate with internal teams (writers, designers, PR, sales, product) to ensure consistent brand storytelling across channels
Track, analyse, and report performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategy and maximize impact
Lead social media campaigns end-to-end, including budgeting, creative direction, production, paid amplification, and reporting
Mentor and guide junior team members or external partners, sharing best practices and ensuring creative excellence
Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content while adapting to platform-specific nuances
Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and features, testing new opportunities to keep INGOT innovative and competitive
Requirements
5 to 8 years of experience in social media, especially with B2C, fintech, or trading brands
A strong portfolio of high-performing short-form content across key platforms
English Proficiency is essential – any other languages would be advantageous
Experience managing influencers and social creators
Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts best practices
Creative instincts combined with strong quality control
Strong collaboration skills across teams and disciplines
A passion for culture, content, and building status-driven communities
Hands-on production or shoot experience
Availability to work in Jordan or willingness to relocate
A background in trading, crypto, or fintech social content will be considered an advantage
