As the Tech Lead of the squad, play a key role in aligning technical decisions with the product vision.
Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of delivered solutions while adhering to architectural standards and best practices.
Support developers and QA on a day-to-day basis by establishing a clear and motivating framework.
Make key technical decisions and arbitrate trade-offs between performance, scalability and delivery timelines.
Deploy and enforce DevSecOps practices.
Work closely with Engineering Managers and Service Operations Managers (SOMs).
Contribute to release planning and agile ceremonies.
Promote automation, documentation and testing best practices to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
Manage the squad’s developers and QA automation engineers.

Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience, including proven experience as a Team Lead
Fluent French (C2), professional proficiency in English (B2–C1)
Strong command of software architecture, development frameworks and engineering best practices
Expertise in backend and frontend technologies, CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
Solid observability culture (monitoring, alerting) and awareness of system reliability challenges
Ability to validate the technical feasibility of the product roadmap from design through production
Experience coordinating across squads and managing incidents in production environments
