Perform systems engineering activities with focus on HW integration and testing of the main unit controlling the EW system
Support general systems engineering work, including requirements updates and definition of test cases for formal verification and production testing
Support HW prototype integration and testing
Troubleshoot hardware issues and support debugging activities
Gather feedback from testing and provide input to design improvements and requirements updates
Support HW verification and qualification activities
Collaborate with cross-functional development teams and stakeholders

Civil or university engineering degree in electronics, technical physics, or a related field
10+ years of experience working as a Systems Engineer in industries such as defense, rail, radio communications, med-tech, or similar
Strong experience in systems engineering processes and requirements management
Experience in product development with focus on hardware development
Experience with hardware integration and testing
Strong problem-solving skills and a structured but flexible way of working
Good communication and collaboration skills
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious Experience with RF and microwave technologies
Experience working in highly regulated or safety-critical environments
