Develop, enhance, and maintain ExFlow functionality and supporting components
Create, review, and refine technical designs based on functional specifications
Provide constructive feedback on solution designs
Analyze standard D365 BC functionality and align with product requirements
Act as 2nd
and 3rd-level technical support for complex issues
Participate in architectural discussions or the “Architect Board” when requested
Troubleshoot, debug, and drive continuous improvement across the codebase
Utilize AI tools to support coding, analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting (or show strong willingness to learn)

5+ years of development experience with D365 Business Central (BC) and NAV (AL/CAL)
Extensive experience with AL and C/AL
Experience with large-scale codebases and Azure DevOps (source control & pipelines)
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially Microsoft D365 Business Central
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong technical problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to quickly understand new processes and applications
Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
Interest in or experience with AI-assisted development, such as code generation, testing, or analysis
