About this role
Role Overview
Manage direct interactions with independent operators and small to medium restaurant chains, acting as the primary contact for decision-makers.
Lead the full sales cycle, from qualifying needs through to contract signing.
Analyze incoming leads to identify high-potential business opportunities.
Qualify needs, secure meetings, and build a consultative sales approach tailored to each client.
Present Innovorder’s offering and conduct demonstrations of our SaaS solutions.
Negotiate, close, and finalize deals.
Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement of acquisition processes.
Maintain rigorous reporting via our CRM (HubSpot).
Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a sales role managing full sales cycles.
Strong background in consultative selling.
Proven hunter mindset.
Expertise in ordering systems or POS/payment systems is required.
Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its practical applications in the role.
You already use AI or are curious to integrate it into your daily work to increase efficiency, relevance, and impact.
