Role Overview
- Design and implement the agentic orchestration layer that powers AI-driven workflows
- Build and iterate on agent-based systems using orchestration frameworks
- Develop backend services, integrations, and automations
- Work on data preparation and system integration
- Contribute to both AI-native features and existing product capabilities
- Own components end-to-end, proactively identifying improvements
- Collaborate directly with a US-based engineering team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered systems in production
- Understanding of agentic architectures and orchestration patterns
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
- Strong backend skills and the ability to work across integrations, APIs, and data layers
- Experience working in product-focused engineering teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
- English level B2 or higher (spoken & written)
